Circa 1999 When I first arrived in #BC in 1994, I set up a #kiosk at Westminster Quay Public Market. Here is myself and the #MagicShop it evolved into.
Brief history of my shop: I started it in Winnipeg (1989) as a mail-order business, "Merry Minstrel Majick". It quickly grew to include the world, so it evolved into a physical shop out of my home in Fort Rouge. (Grosvenor Ave.) I served not only the local (Winnipeg) community, but also magicians in Italy, Africa, and North America! Many local magicians contributed to "original" tricks in my shop, until I left for points west (Vancouver) in 1994. I still keep it an online store, (except for that brief year in the photo) although I still prefer the in-person service.
