Thanks to the original introduction from our International Assembly Dean, Joel Zaritsky nothing like this has ever been done anywhere in Magic. It has literally been months in the making. My guest is allied to Magic and the world's leading authority on James Bond.

It is a show about the relationship between the James Bond character and Magic. It will have, amongst other interesting surprises, an interview with Daniel Craig - yes, that Daniel Craig.
And also how to make a perfect Martini. Courtesy of the Martini Maestro - our Assembly Member Scott Wells. Scott has his versions ; I personally prefer a Vesper. Bill Merlin Palmer will be advising us to whisper ! There will be cameo starring roles from other Assembly Members Careena Fenton-Cullen , Noureddine Bellaoui, Michael Likey and Paul Abbey.

My guest will share some of his vast collection of genuine props from several Bond movies - he even has an Aston Martin in his collection - the real deal - not a Matchbox model.
I'm pretty sure that Ian Fleming, who worked for British Naval Intelligence and planned Operation Goldeneye (a real World War II operation) & Albert "Cubby" Broccoli will be giving the Show and indeed my guest a Standing "O".
You won't believe what else will take place.

I.B.M. 100th Anniversary

Today February 10 is the 100 year Anniversary of the start of the International Brotherhood of Magicians in Winnipeg Manitoba  in 1922. It was started by a 19 year old Len Vintus who had a vision to link the magicians of the world To a comon group that could share, teach , and devolp the secrets of Magic. It stayed in Winnipeg until 1926 and then moved to the USA. Len was member #1, The 1 st President, and the 1 st Editor of its monthly magazine.

 The I.B.M. is an organization for both professional and amateur close-up and stage magicians, with approximately 15,000 members worldwide. There are over 300 local groups, called Rings, in more than 88 countries and is the largest magic organization in the world. 

Thank you Len for all the support and encouragement you gave me as a young escape artist trying to make his way in the World. ❤️
